NEWFOUNDLAND RUGHOOKER

Friday, April 15, 2011

okay.Day 4 was the last day of the workshop with Anita White. I worked on the background and border . I decided to change the border and leave the tails out. It looked fine with a simple border . I have enough wool and paisley to hook another piece on my own. It may be a Paisley fish. Might be interesting. It was nice to finally hook with paisley . The class was great and thanks to Anita  for teaching. Also thank you Elsie for always organizing these workshops. It is nice to learn new techniques and to come home with lots of  rughooking tips.It is raining cats and dogs today so no walk.I do have to mail the grandsons gifts and the cd's to my cousins . They have been waiting a long time for them.I woke up early and have had a pot of tea so maybe it is time to get out of my comfy yellow chair . I guess its time to get moving...........
